Beyond Meat burgers resemble meat in taste and texture, although they are made from vegetable products. California-based Beyond Meat has been making headway in North America for some time, where it is best known for what it says is the barely distinguishable meatless Beyond Burger. For the European market, Beyond Meat works together with Zandbergen in the Netherlands. The most innovative meat processing facility was recently opened. That would, of course, have been impossible without using the most suitable lighting system for this application: DATALUX.
